Why isn't my discount code working?

If your promo code won’t apply, it’s usually one of these:

• A typo or extra space — copy and paste the code exactly, with no spaces before or after.
• The code has expired or hasn’t started yet.
• Excluded items — sale, Last Chance, or certain collections may not be eligible.
• One code per order — most discount codes can’t be combined with another code or offer.
• A minimum spend hasn’t been reached.

Enter the code in the discount box at checkout and select Apply before paying. If it still won’t work and you believe it should, email us at [email protected] with the code and your cart, and we’ll help.
