What is your return policy? How do I start a return?
We want you to love your pieces. To start a return, contact us with your order number.
Return window
Items may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be authorized first, so please contact us before sending anything back. Once we provide the return address, please post your return within 7 days.
Condition
Items must be unworn and in original condition (no signs of wear or damage) and returned in their original packaging. Our quality team inspects all returns.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and the original order shipping fee is non-refundable.

What can’t be returned
For hygiene reasons, pierced items (e.g. earrings), Final Sale items, and Last Chance Collection items cannot be returned.
