My ring broke or a stone fell out — is it covered?

We’re so sorry to hear that. Here’s how our warranty works:

  • Stainless steel pieces are covered by a 1-year warranty from the delivery date — if something breaks within that time, we’ll arrange a replacement.
  • For other materials (e.g. brass, silver), we handle these case by case — please send a photo of the item with your order number and we’ll do our best to help.

Contact us with your order number and a photo, and we’ll confirm the details and the best shipping address for any replacement.

What the warranty doesn’t cover

Everyday wear and tear, accidents, or issues from improper care aren’t covered — for example scratches, bent pieces, stones lost from a knock, or damage from household chemicals, perfume or water. Our jewelry care guide helps keep your pieces their best.
