How do I cancel my order?

Need to cancel? Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually cancel it.
  • If it’s already on its way, we can’t cancel it in transit — but you’re welcome to start a return once it arrives (see our return policy).

Need to change your shipping address instead? Contact us right away — if your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update it.
