Which items can't be returned or exchanged?
For hygiene and product reasons, the following can’t be returned or exchanged:
- Piercing items — earrings and other piercing jewelry can’t be returned, for hygiene reasons.
- Final sale items — all Last Chance products are final sale at the time of purchase.
- Engraved or personalized jewelry — because these are made just for you, they can’t be returned or exchanged.
Everything else can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided it’s unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. See the full return policy.
