How do I get a refund? Refund timeline
After you return an eligible item and we receive and inspect it, we issue your refund to your original payment method (typically within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time).
If your order used a promotion
If your order used a promotion (such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free), returning a paid item changes the discount — the free item goes back to full price, so the refundable amount may be small. In that case we’ll often suggest a gift card for the equal product value instead (it never expires and makes a lovely gift).
