How long does shipping take? When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days after being placed. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Estimated delivery times once shipped:

- Fast Shipping (to the U.S.) — usually 7–10 business days
- Express Shipping (DHL / UPS / TNT / FedEx) — usually 3–5 business days
Good to know
- Delivery times vary by courier and can’t be guaranteed — delays may occur during peak seasons, or due to traffic and weather.
- Shipments to remote areas may take longer, and in some cases can take up to 4–6 weeks.
- During busy seasons (Christmas, New Year, etc.), standard shipping may occasionally take 25+ days as customs and carriers handle heavy volume. Please choose your shipping method accordingly.
- Express shipping isn’t available to every country.
If you need your order by a specific date, contact us before ordering and we’ll tell you what’s possible. Please also make sure your shipping address is correct — we aren’t responsible for address errors once an order has left our facility.
