Why was my order shipped in separate packages?
If you ordered several items, they may arrive in more than one package. This is normal and there’s no extra charge to you.
It usually happens because:
- Items ship from different parts of our warehouse or at slightly different times.
- One item is ready to dispatch sooner than another, and we’d rather not hold up your whole order.
Each package has its own tracking number, so you may receive more than one shipping update. Track them at 17track.net — see How do I track my order?
If one part of your order hasn’t arrived within the expected window, see My order hasn’t arrived yet or email us with your order number.
