Why was my package returned to sender?

There are a few reasons a package may be sent back to us:

  • The receiver address is incorrect.
  • The receiver address is incomplete.
  • The package was unclaimed at the local office beyond the holding period.

If the package was returned due to a buyer-side reason (such as an incorrect address or an unclaimed parcel), an additional shipping fee applies to send it back out to you.

To get your order moving again, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the correct, complete shipping address.
