My package is lost, or tracking says delivered but I haven't received it
We’re sorry — we know this is stressful, and we’ll help you sort it out. Please try these first:
- Carriers sometimes scan a package as “delivered” a day or two early, so it may still arrive shortly.
- Look for a small silver plastic mailer — it’s easy to miss. Check your mailbox, front door, porch and any safe spots, and ask household members or neighbours.
- Contact your local post office with your tracking number — they can often tell you exactly where it was left.
If you’ve checked all of the above and still can’t find it, contact us with your order number and we’ll open an inquiry with the carrier and find the best way to make it right.
