How do I track my order? Where is my package?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number.

  • For the international leg, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Once your package reaches the US, USPS handles final delivery — you can track it anytime at usps.com using the same tracking number.

International shipments can go quiet in transit for a few days, so a pause in updates is normal — see Why isn’t my tracking updating?.

If it’s been longer than expected or you can’t find your tracking number, just reply to your order email or contact us — we’ll check on it right away.
